The editors at Kiteboarding magazine got this video from a rider they’d never heard of in a place they’d never been to – and oh yeah, he was windsurfing not kiteboarding. But we’re buddies, so they sent it to us. We’ve never heard of him either, but, we’re suitably impressed, so we figured you might be too. We’re not sure if Julien is his first name or last name, but, we’re pretty sure he’s got some sick moves. Enjoy.
