Now Hiring: Managing Editor, WindSurfing magazine.

Criteria: Passionate windsurfer with an interest in writing, gear testing, travel and magazine work.

Job Description: Follow your passion and help shape the sport you love. You'll write, edit and formulate stories for publication, choose photos, oversee layouts and manage the Florida-based board tests. You will have your finger on the pulse (or hand on the boom, if you will) of the newest and greatest gear. A summer trip to the Gorge is part of the gig.

Job Location: Orlando, Florida (50 minutes from the water)
