Currently, Canadian Coast Guard regulations specify thatCanadian windsurfers must wear or carry a PFD (if you choose tocarry one but not wear it, you must also carry a variety of othersafety equipment). Due to recent changes to the Canadian ShippingAct, changes to the small vessel regulations, that includesailboards, are pending.
This opportunity is available to review and provide feedback tothe revision process.
