Windsurfing Canada is pleased to announce the launch of the Windsurfing Canada website. The site will provide an online presence for the the Canadian Windsurfing Association whose main goals are to promote setting up new clubs, assist existing clubs in their launch access problems, insurance and building membership, support the Canadian Olympic
Team and promote Mistral youth development and sanctions competitions across Canada including the annual
Canadian Windsurfing Championships to determine the top competitive sailors. In order to protect our sport, Windsurfing Canada also lobbies government and the Coast Guard on issues vital to the sport.
The website will provide information regarding events across Canada, news of interest , clubs and launch sites across Canada as well as an online discussion for Windsurfing Canada issues. With everyones help and input we hope that this website will become a comprehensive windsurfing resource for Canadians as well as visitors looking for more
information about windsurfing in Canada.
