What We Liked:
The Quatro Freestyle Wave 95 windsurf board jibes well at speed and is friendly on the wave face too. Positive notes across the board on speed and liveliness — and control in high winds.
Buyer Beware:
Most common complaint was lack of upwind ability. Marks on planing varied.
