WHAT WE LIKED:</strong
The fastest board for our team’s fastest sailor, but
offered insane rail-to-rail action at the twitch of a toe. Top-level testers
almost unanimously loved this board for its constant-feedback ride that
really engaged the sailor.
BUYER BEWARE:
The JP did everything well — but with a little
more attitude than our up-and-coming testers wanted to handle. Stiff
construction was a bit harsh on older knees and ankles.
BETTER THAN THE FLEET AT:
Garnering big grins from more testers
than any other board in the fl eet; leaving intermediates eagerly awaiting
the day they could tame the beast.
BEST SUITS:
There was a clear consensus that this board is best suited
for skilled sailors who can appreciate its exciting but often technical ride.
