I'd point you more in the range of the 25 to 28. The other question to ask is where you'll likely be using a bigger fin the most- the MFC Freewave is not the best choice in the weedy sound. In that case, I'd put you on a reaper 26 or MFC weedwave if you wanted to hit the ocean on it as well. The factory list the 23cm range at 3.5 - 4.5 and I'm 70kg. I'm at the point that I do venture into the Atlantic but happy to tradeoff of power to get out vs loose on the wave.
