Sanford's travel articles and photos are fine and I'd like to see more of that from him, but his Cutbacks just aren't funny. Guys, with that mentality, you'll never expand the sport/magazine the way 'Surfing' and 'Kiteboarding' already do--those mags are on every newsstand I see, even in Midwest/Mountain states. A look at the slide show above shows that 'Windsurfing' editorial didn't have the guts to give Sanford his retirement package–they're still stuck in the '80s.
