Interviewer's sound quality good, Cisco's sound quality terrible. You might try testing phone quality before interview. Try Skype, it's sometimes the best and you could include video..

I see a lote of kitesurfing clips with the small kite board on waves, is this kite surfing??- . A powered ride by the wave is so clean.
